Quantum Core began as an internal challenge: could Royal Havilah create a proprietary insulation core that outperformed every off-the-shelf material without depending on any external supplier? The answer, after years of formulation testing and full-scale structural trials, was yes. The result is a closed-cell matrix with a thermal conductivity of 0.020 W/mK — the best in our range — housed inside a panel structure that carries loads conventional PIR boards simply cannot. Cold chain operators who have switched to Quantum Core report measurable reductions in refrigeration running costs within the first operating season. It is exclusive to Royal Havilah, and it is the reason our most demanding clients stay loyal.
