The Challenge
The client required simultaneous multi-zone temperature control across three independent cold rooms within a single structure, demanding precise thermal bridging prevention and minimal energy loss at zone interfaces.
Our Solution
We specified PIR Sandwich Panels at 150mm for the ultra-low zone (−25°C) and 100mm for the chilled zone (+5°C), using Quantum Core panels at zone transitions to eliminate thermal bridging. All panels were installed with Z-Joint pipe insulation on the refrigerant lines.
